Privacy Eraser Pro Overview:
No, it doesn’t erase your privacy. It, in fact, erases files that could take away your privacy from you. It erases the standard privacy controls files like cache files, cookies, browser’s history, dropdown address bar addresses, auto complete data forms and index.dat files. It also has the boss mode and stealth mode options that you find in other privacy controls software. Boss mode lets you instantly hide and restore the applications on your screen in order to prevent uninvited persons from seeing them and to protect your sensitive information. It is very easy to setup and among the fastest in browsing for files. Compared to it’s competitors however, privacy eraser doesn’t fare very well in terms of number of plugins or features. It has a dismal total of 10 plugins at your disposal. The Help menu is also not very easy to access as you always have to go to the main screen to get it. If you are on a different screen and you need help, go to the home screen first. Effectiveness: It has average effectiveness and with stealth mode and boss mode on, you need not worry about constantly monitoring how effective it is. Ease of use: Handling the software is very easy and meets the standards of users somewhere between the complete novice and expert range. It is not as effective as ParetoLogic but it is good enough for covering the basics. Value: Standard price for the program is $39.95, and of course you can either get it either cheaper or more expensive from other sources. With this price, you get just about enough protection to spare you from the hassles and terrors of pop-ups suddenly appearing on your screen with all your information, like your birthday, even your likes and dislikes. Recommended? Privacy Eraser Pro is not our top choice for a history eraser. If you’re curious about our test of other history erasers, you can find our results here: We recommend you DO NOT pay for any program that claims to erase your history until you read those results. - Do Not Pay For Privacy Eraser Pro Until You Read This
