1. Click Start > All Programs > Accesories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup
2. You will then select a drive to cleanup. Usually Windows Temporary Files resides at where your Windows is installed which is typically C:
3. Check the files you want to delete.
4. Hit OK. And you’re now finished cleaning up your drive.
5. You can also manually remove the temp folders by deleting them through Windows search. Just type %temp% in the windows search box after you click the Windows start button and you will see all the Windows temporary folders.
